Every other year, Runnels County 4-H provides refreshments for the Coleman County Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting in Coleman. This year, the CCEC meeting will be a drive-thru event and we will be providing individually wrapped baked goods. In turn, CCEC will donate a monetary amount back to the Runnels County 4-H Program. We will need volunteers to make the baked goods and we will also need volunteers to help serve at the annual meeting. The annual meeting will be on Friday, July 21st at the Coleman Rodeo Grounds in Coleman from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. We ask that the baked goods be homemade of any variety and individually wrapped in small baggies (2 cookies per bag). Please no cupcakes or anything with messy frosting, since the items will be wrapped. We will need all baked items delivered to the office no later than 2:00 pm on Friday the 21st.
